1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (DOWNLOADS, PRINTABLE FILES, ELECTRONIC CONTENT)

 

  • Final Sale: All digital downloads, electronic files, and printable art are final sale; no refunds are permitted once access is granted.

  • Delivery Definition: Digital products are considered delivered when the download link or access is provided to the user, even if the download is not completed.

  • User Responsibility: Customers are responsible for backing up files and ensuring device compatibility.

  • Exceptions: Refunds for digital products are only considered if legally required under U.S. consumer protection laws.

 

Timeline:

 

  • Digital products are delivered immediately upon access.

  • No refund timeline applies because purchases are non-refundable upon delivery.

 

 

2. PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) PRODUCTS

 

  • Custom-Made Items: POD products are created specifically per order and cannot be canceled once production begins.

  • Minor Variations: Slight differences in color, size, or texture are normal and not defects.

  • Defect Eligibility: Refunds or replacements are allowed only for verifiable manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, missing elements).

 

Claim Procedure and Timeline:

 

  1. Customers must submit claims within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  2. Claims must include:

     

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

    • Clear photographs of the defect

    • Detailed description of the issue

  3. Upon approval, replacement or refund is issued within 10–15 business days.

  • Responsibility: Stone & Selah is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses.

4. SATISFACTION DISCLAIMER

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, artistic taste, or spiritual response does not qualify for a refund.

 

 

5. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

 

  • Refunds or replacements are only considered for:

     

    • Manufacturing defects in POD items

    • Shipping damage for physical products

    • Errors caused directly by Stone & Selah

  • Stone & Selah is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:

     

    • Natural disasters, pandemics, or epidemics

    • Carrier delays, strikes, or labor disputes

    • Governmental restrictions or emergencies

  • Refunds will not be issued due to these uncontrollable events

 

 

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
